The Influence of Intraperitoneal Injected Proline-rich Polypeptide
(PRP-1) on the Endogenous Level of Metalloproteins Anti- and
Prooxidative Activity in White Rats Tissues

The adaptive mechanisms of the organism differently react to the influence of external factors - the PRP-1 of a healthy organism and at diseases with a characteristic oxidative stress, during which the PRP-1 causes antistressor effect, by regulation of endogenous level of metalloproteins antioxidative activity and metalloproteins prooxidative activity, in various tissues, including the blood. The sensitivity towards PBP-1 is more in organs which are responsible for the immunity of the organism (spleen, bone marrow and thymus).
