An idea of the simple and not expensive tunnel-current probe equipment is advanced. It offers the possibility of carrying out nano-investigations. The equipment realizes short-range field regime wherein the regularities of nanoscale probe/surface under study compliance come into play. The previous investigations of the developed-designed device in the desk form revealed that the initial goal can be attained using the advanced equipment.
