Problem for Differential Bundle
The boundary-value problem (1)-(2) in the unit disk centered in the origin is studied. For the problem in explicit form a system of polynomial eigen functions corresponding to the polynimial eigenvalues is constructed. We prove that these functions for a > 0 compose a complete system in while in the limit case a = 0 the completeness is not valid.
